It’s time to remove your armour

We are living in a world where it is so easy to accept something that makes us feel good in the short term, yet deprives us of happiness in the long run. 

What I am talking about is, a lack of connection with ourselves. This leads to an emptiness that we attempt to cover with whatever the closest 'feel good', hit is.

All we have to to is flick open Facebook to 'connect' with people, and we are bombarded with 'make your first 6 figures in 30 days', and '28 Day Bikini Body Shred' next to the smiling happy faces, luring us the believe that these things will makes us happy.

The thing is, we kind of already know that our insecurities are being bought and sold, but we can't seem to be able to stop consuming.

We know deep down our worth is not defined by our body, yet we still click on that 'skinny me tea' ad. 

This problem could be dealt with very quickly, if we learn these two things. 

  1. To be still and connect with ourselves
  2. Remove our 'strong' armour and own who we are

In this episode, I am going to highlight the most ginormous problem that we all have, that is so close to us, we cannot even see it. 

And then, I am going to teach out how to fix it, in two minutes. 

I give you a take home strategy that takes just two minutes a day, that will cultivate authenticity, self discipline and peace within yourself.
