Below is a meditation that a dear friend and meditation mentor of mine, Kurt Iwanina, created just for this.
Meditation is just concentration. Close down your eyes and let this five minutes of divine sound ripple through your being an into your soul. If thoughts come up, do not fight them, they're totally normal and it's fine to have them. Simply bring your attention back to your breath and the music. Do this effortlessly without beating yourself up or trying to "stop thinking". Lots of love, Ambz.
