So often I hear from my clients, ‘how the heck do I create boundaries?’ or ‘I’m so bad at boundaries. I have none.’ or ‘what even are boundaries?’ so I feel this conversation is a must for everyone – because creating healthy boundaries allows us to experience a deeper sense of love and understanding between ourselves and others. Boom.

Whether you hold people at arms length or let them in so close that you become responsible for their feelings, there is a way to remedy that, and in this video I expose all the ways your terrible boundaries are ruining your life (with a bit of humour, of course).
