Let’s be honest, we care way too much about what other people think and it has massive potential to destroy our lives.

Just like one of my clients who (before learning the best advice I have ever given) nearly didn’t open her now thriving coaching business. She, like many of us, was so afraid to be judged and she thought people would say she was too overweight to be a health coach.

I do not want you to give up on your passions in life or stop being your incredible true self so I made this rather unorthodox episode that may be a little shocking, but also a little funny.

We are humans so it is nearly impossible to not be affected by this habit of giving a shit about way too many things.

  • – what others think, say, do, wear, watch, read.
  • – when you think you have screwed up.
  • – how much you don’t have.
  • – how you look.
  • – the past.
  • – the future.

Today, I am going to teach you how to stop this soul sucking habit and how to live a more carefree and peaceful life.

Sounds pretty alright huh?
