I have them.
You've had them.
Your parents, sisters, brothers, friends, school teachers and boss have had them.

Things fall apart. It's a natural part of the cycle of the life and death of our never constant world.

Everything ends. It's how we deal with every stage of life, specifically the end; end of relationships, end of careers, end of lovely Sunday afternoons, end of an ice-cream, end of a strong financial month etc;  actually determines the quality of our lives. Our ability to react in an empowered way is imperative for a life of flow.  

Be prepared to laugh and unpack your everyday behaviours. You'll realise just how much of what we do goes unnoticed and influences how we we are coping (or not coping) when things don't go our way.
